I'm starting to ease into my own weight loss program. ^.^ I started swimming once a week, and am using the stairs all over Uni where I spend most of my time (my classrooms are usually on the 5-6th floor)
Is this a normal size for most women?
Answer on I'm 5 feet 5 inches and am about a size 8-10?
it's normal.....perhaps increase your swimming time to get more toned and make sure you have a balanced diet
